While inciting a riot on the streets of Gotham, Lonnie Machin noticed a cloaked dark figure lingering in the shadows. He had his fair share of caped vigilantes trying to stop his work, so he scatters his men and tell them to commit various crimes, hoping to distract the mysterious man. Both had the same goals, but V decided to intervene once Machin put innocent lives at stake.

This battle is between V from the V for Vendetta movie VS Anarky from the Arkham games.

- No prep time

- Both at 9-B

- Speed Equalized

- Fight takes place on Gotham City

- V doesn't get to use any equipment higher than 9-B
