Andross vs Star Dream

This is Star Dream fused with the Access Ark, yes?
I have not played Star Fox, but if Andross requires prep time just to make one Moon level bomb, he's going to have a bad time against someone that's consistently Moon level. He may succeed in breaking off most of the Access Ark's shell, but then he just has to face a Galactic NOVA clone with stats and abilities far surpassing his.
Point being, unless he can one-shot with that bomb, he's screwed.
Base Andross vs. base Star Dream seems like it'd be a far closer and more interesting fight.

Star Dream has a far bigger arsenal as well as comparable, if not greater intelligence being a supercomputer, but Andross has far greater endurance, having a durability a tier higher and only dying if his brain is destroyed, which requires destroying his body first. Andross seems to be essentially a two-phase battle, which I don't think Star Dream can handle.

I think Star Dream is more powerful because Kirby can't defeat it without the Halberd fused with the Robobot and it can also summon a clone of Dark Matter,Queen Sectonia and the original Galacta Knight!
