How does paralysis of the soul occur? What actions are required for it? Can it be avoided?

He just allocates part of his soul to form a chain and chains it to the other's soul. Kaneki can try avoiding it.

Given everything I saw in the profile, it would be fairer to use Undy's first clue. This clue states that he doesn't have the regeneration weaknesses he once had. This is all thanks to his soul control. Furthermore, if Kaneki grabs his kagune, Andy will simply use his spiritual chains to paralyze him. Kaneki has no way to defeat him.

Andy doesn't usually use the chains as his standard way of fighting. Plus they're just paralysis, Kaneki won't die. Though Andy can hold him there until he dies of old age or just run the sba rule time limit out. Still though, its just not how he fights regularly, he only used them to hold down the Master Rules from attacking Earth. He normally just fights. This is around chapter 181/182. And you can just look at the page for other stuff like sword use or martial arts.

No. He can win if he can stay up longer than Andy, crush his head repeatedly and find a way to incap him either sealing or just leaving him knocked out for 24hrs. Idk why u tryna speedrun this like Kaneki doesn't have ways to become faster and stronger to outpace Andy, though given equal speed rules, Kaneki can't win that way now that I think of it, though its not a real win con anyhow.

So, okay. I'll explain it to you in more detail.
Loop 100. Andy's weaknesses: Burning sections of his body slows down his regeneration; dislocation of certain body parts that don't lead to death are unable to be regenerated unless he inflicts a wound to heal from it. Destroying the brain can also cause regeneration to be slowed.
Loop 101. Andy's weaknesses: Most of his previous weaknesses are irrelevant in Loop 101 as he has gained greater control over his soul, allowing him to ignore such weaknesses.
That is, by manipulating his soul, he bypasses his previous regeneration deficiencies, and head injuries don't slow his regeneration.
By the way, even if his regeneration is slowed, it won't kill him.
Sealing or simply leaving him knocked out for 24 hours
Okay, he sealed Andy in a kagune tomb. Will Kaneki be able to maintain this for a whole day? Don't forget that Andy, in turn, paralyzes Kaneki with Soul Chains, and also that "he can simply duplicate himself or spread his soul out." And also that "Andy just has better means of escaping while Kaneki doesn't."
So, Andy will escape the trap regardless, but Kaneki won't.
Regarding knocking him out for 24 hours—where did you get that idea? It's a few hours at best. I'm sure Andy's regeneration will help him recover from the knockout faster.
So, Kaneki simply can't kill Andy, and even if he catches him, Andy will escape anyway thanks to Soul Hax.

Nah this is a fine match, no reason to change anything, both end keys. Both have win cons, Kaneki's win con is just less likely to work compared to Andy's. I've already explained Andy doesn't regularly fight with his soul either so soul paralysis won't be instant gg nor does he use it to kill or win, it was generally used for keeping the Master Rules from attacking Earth. He will regularly fight Kaneki until he realizes Kaneki can't be put down easily and does the things I say to win.

Sooner or later, Andy will resort to soulhax. And Kaneki will never have the chance to finally defeat Andy.
I've gone through everything point by point.
Tell me the possible ways Kaneki can defeat him.
No, not sealing, because then Andy would escape using duplication and soulhax.
No, not knockout, because Andy would wake up in less than a day.
No, not regeneration slowdown, because Andy no longer has those weaknesses.
