Annoying Orange speed question

Orange's page says that he "was launched in an orbit around the earth so quickly, he traveled backwards in time". He is SOL for this.

Why isn't he Immeasurable via moving backwards in time through sheer speed? Or is Time Travel different in the Annoying Orange verse, and all you need to do is move at the SOL?
