Depends on if Anos can effect all of Arceus, Anos funnily enough no really good mindhax resistance so that’s a win con at least
 
His Manipulation is, yes. However, his Abstract Existence is of a higher level, but he hasn't shown any feats of Manipulating said Abstraction so the Conceptual Manipulation is limited to only his Type 3 feats.
 
Pokémon is currently discussed if being 2-A or not, so is not a god idea using Tier 2s of the verse now.
 
Anyway, Anos seems like just baseline countless, so Arceus haxes him to death and out-ranges too.

Not only that, but I don't think he can even affect him even if he had the range, considering llama is an abstract of a type 2 concept.
 
You can have Abstract Existence Type 1 on a Type 2 Concept and only be able to manipulate Type 3 concepts with your Conceptual Manipulation you know.
 
Also, I'd like to know from which CRT Arceus started to "embody a Type 2 concept", because is literally the 1st time I read that on its threads.
