This is literally a Hax Stomp in Naruto's Favor. He can sense how strong Saitama is and just nuke him a TSO or a Rasenshuriken.

Can Naruto do this? Saitama has no chakra-like energy circulating through her body.

TSO has EE properties, rasenshuriken can directly cut the cells, and Saitama have a powerful aura around him, as shown against Orochi, Carnage Kabuto etc, and Naruto definitely can sense it
