He of course would need basically all equipment and his time manipulation to kinda make it more fair. but even with all his equipment he probably would be the underdog of the match.

And Anthony has 7-B dura, Low-Mid regen, can shrug off all natural chemical and biological weaponry in seconds, is unnaffected by radiation, can summon thousands of poisonous flesh eating insects, and can turn Archer to a salt statue or make him explode into pus if he or his blood touches him.
