AP and Speed Revision

Attack Potency
The largest value from a non-Archon character comes from Shenhe's tsunami freezing feat, but it's only applied to her elemental powers rather than her actual AP. I don't agree with this distinction since elemental power in GS has been shown to be related with the enhancement of physical stats as well.

Fatui Skirmishers can enhance their normal attacks and durability using elemental energy.

Fatui Skirmishers are not Vision holders, just people wielding weapons imbued with elemental energy and have shown far less versatility in terms of elemental manipulation, so it makes sense that actual Vision holders can do the same, especially considering how a vast majority of the characters can imbue any weapon or object they hold (even regular rocks) with their own elemental power.

Characters like Heizou, Itto and Dehya can use elemental power to enhance their physical strikes, which would also require enhancing the durability of their own limbs in order to not harm themselves with their strongest attacks.

After temporarily awakening a 2nd Vision, Kazuha became fast and strong enough to block and physically push back an attack from the Shogun intended to kill the Traveler, further proving that Visions/elemental powers also enhance the user’s physicality. At that moment, Kazuha’s sword was also clearly shown to be imbued with elemental power to increase its strength and durability, otherwise it wouldn’t have withstood the force of the attack; Kazuha's sword is just a filleting blade he picked up from Liyue, and we know from Noelle's lore that even swords forged by expert blacksmiths can be damaged by beings far weaker than Archons like the Raiden Shogun.

Despite being the weakest sword in the game, the Dull Blade that the Traveler uses in most cutscenes has withstood channeling the Traveler’s full power and being swung hard enough to harm most of the opponents they’ve faced (including Harbingers like Childe and Signora) without wearing itself down. Based on the previous paragraph, the only explanation would be that they use elemental power to enhance their weapon's capabilities just like Kazuha did with his sword and even a regular hammer.

With that out of the way, I also want to bring up consistency to Shenhe's feat. The Traveler was able to survive a direct breath attack from Beisht, who has some feats of her own; while they haven't been calced in this site, the tidal wave and the storm that Beisht created were calculated to be City level (12.158 Megatons) and Small Island level (1.215 Gigatons) respectively.

While the Traveler was knocked out, it wasn't for long and shortly after that they got up to help Shenhe in fighting Beisht. At the very least, they should downscale from Beisht's storm since this was a very casual feat (it was created and sustained by Beisht's presence), which would put them closer to Shenhe's Mountain level feat.

Scaling
This would affect what this site calls the Adepti/Harbinger Tier:

Unlike Shenhe, who's only a human who studied Adepti arts, Ganyu is an actual Adeptus with more experience than her (she fought for Rex Lapis in the Archon War), so she can be scaled to Shenhe's feat. It's also worth noting that during the battle against Beisht, Ganyu is seen charging and aiming a Cryo attack at the wave, which implies that she was about to do the same thing.

Ganyu stated that the Liyue Traveler's power wasn't inferior to hers when going through tests made for Adepti. Childe/Tartaglia scales to the Traveler at this point in time due to having fought on par with them both with and without his Delusion near the end of the Liyue Chapter.

Jean was able to destroy 5 Ruin Guards despite trying not to damage them badly (even implied to be able to beat them unarmed). For comparison, Tartaglia needed his Foul Legacy Transformation to perform a similar feat.

Eula and Jean were described by the Grand Master Varka to be equals in the battlefield, and Eula was able to trade blows with a fake Albedo (even managing to break his sword), who was capable of threatening and fighting on par with the post-Inazuma Traveler. The real Albedo was able to harm the fake one and participated in the fight against it's true form alongside Eula and the Traveler.

Ayaka could fight alongside the Inazuma Traveler against Maguu Kengou/Kenki (which Paimon stated they already encountered and considered it a troublesome enemy), with the Traveler affirming that she was a good help in that battle.

After the Inazuma chapter, Tartaglia (who states to be growing stronger) could fight the monsters of the Mystic Onmyou Chamber, among them being Rifthounds, which in large enough numbers could momentarily corner the Inazuma Traveler.

Speed
Based on the scaling above involving the Inazuma Traveler, most of the Adepti/Harbinger Tier characters would scale to their current Massively Hypersonic+ rating.

This is at least a high level overestimation.

1. Childe was extremely injured from his previous fight with Traveler, and that's why he already had difficulties to fight without Foul Legacy, with Foul Legacy Childe was stronger, but with his physical state, he couldn't use 100% and it would tire him out , it becomes visible how serious the injuries are when Childe uses Foul Legacy for much longer against the Traveler and is not in the same physical state of this scene.
2. Childe doesn't need Foul Legacy to beat Ruin Guard, he had just beaten 3 of them with no difficulty despite his serious injuries.
3. Childe (with very serious injuries, which makes him obviously weaker) needed Foul Legacy to beat Ruins Guards 4 in less than 10 seconds, while we don't know how long it took Jean to beat all 5.

Casting a character because he defeated 5 Ruins Guard for Childe is an obviously wrong action.
-Childe had very serious injuries
-Base Childe with very serious injuries had just defeated 3 Ruins Guard without difficulty
-Childe only activated Foul Legacy to defeat them in less than 10 seconds, not because he needed it to defeat them

Eula exchanged a maximum of 2 blows against him, and even Bennet and Amber were managing to deal with the fake Albedo, I have my doubts if these feats are of such a great level.
This is probably just another case of PIS in Genshin (like the Traveler having difficulties to beat EXTRAS), Paimon has even said in some missions that fighting slimes was something difficult/tiring, besides, I find it hard to think that a puppet in a tournament is as strong as God, even a dog surprised them.
After the Inazuma chapter, Tartaglia (who states to be growing stronger) could fight the monsters of the Mystic Onmyou Chamber, among them being Rifthounds, which in large enough numbers could momentarily corner the Inazuma Traveler.
Another case of PIS, and a very obvious one actually, since the Traveler from Raiden's mission had already won until the thunder manifestation without help, so 2 monsters like that already put the Traveler in danger is an obvious case of PIS.

Seriously, this CRT just feels like a character update with lots of PIS moments, and that's why I hate to escalate from Genshin Impact, how much the script pushes to make everything balanced and absurd, the same Traveler who fights gods, monsters absurdly strong, Childe etc. It is having difficulties against beings that are absurdly weaker.
