AP = DC ?

Hello, I have a question about “AP = DC.”

A while ago, I saw an admin or moderator on a CRT talking about how, in certain contexts, AP becomes relative to DC, and therefore DC can be used to refute AP.

I don't remember who it was, but they explained that if the AP effect reached a sufficient degree to allow DC, it meant that the energy released by the AP effect produced DC.

Could someone please clarify this for me?

This is a really vague description but I think they might have been referring to the rule regarding KE and DC.

That rule basically states that if a feat yields KE that contradicts the DC caused by the feat, we take the DC over the KE calculation.

For example if someone throws a car at Mach 5000 and it doesn't even break through a brick wall, we won't be using the tier 7 KE results when the DC clearly isn't even 9-A.

What if, in a context where the energy released by a character's power and blows is sufficient to destroy, for example, a space-time continuum?

The AP would be that he significantly affected the continuum to the point of being able to destroy it, and this fact would be supported by several statements.

In this case, would we take the DC or not?
