Okay before getting to meat of the upgrade I'm suggesting I just want to mention:

This upgrades which was agreed on still isn't on the page so the page should be edited to add them, also if anyone wants to further discuss if dado pills that The Foundation has should be added to their SCP abilities tab and add an AP Key accordingly you can comment here

Now without further delay let's get to the upgrades
The usage of SCP-3829 can be ut as a justifiction for the biological manipulation so pretty straight foward, also it's mentioned The Foundation used gravity canons so in the technology section we canb add gravity manipulation
SCP-3731 will be a big one also all of those should be added to the technology section:
"Used in close quarters to deliver weaponized thaumic invocations to targets struck by the gauntlet.
Default charge causes target's skeleton to combust; can be loaded with more specialized invocations as necessary."
So this's a very specfic Explosion Manipulation, also someone might wanna try calcing how much energy exploding someone's skeleton would yield
"Uses tuned aetheric waves to stimulate blue-matter growths inside instances, causing uncontrolled bursts of anomalous activity. Effects of aetheric stimulation on blue matter are unpredictable; use only from safe distance."
I don't know what power this would count as to be honest, anyone has an idea?
"Causes large holes to open on surfaces within the area of detonation; groups of elongated, multi-jointed human limbs emerge from holes to detect sapient organisms and pull them inside, after which the holes demanifest.
Effective for depopulating SCP-3731 instances while minimizing damage to infrastructure. "
BFR removal and summoning
"Released around borders of Orange Zone to supplement perimeter forces. Drones are programmed to tunnel into the bodies of SCP-3731 instances and disrupt internal blue matter formations; approximately 2% of instances survive this procedure and can be recruited as E-Class personnel following recovery."
Ig this's power null, a subpar one but still power null
"Aircraft-mounted missile weaponry; causes spatial distortions incompatible with life (e.g. surfaces folding into themselves, objects occupying the same space at the same time) to become physical norms within the detonation radius."
Space manipulation

This tale is the last thing from this canon I'll discuss today
"She activated the magnetic repulsor field, and sent the arms holding her down flying away. She charged one last shot on her psychic amplifier and liquefied Erik's brain, before her left wrist erupted in a shower of sparks. Armando slammed a Brachiosaurus front leg into her face, which she managed to block, then fired two energy balls right into Angela's face and stomach without missing a beat.
Armando grabbed her with several long octopus-like tentacles, but Figueroa let off a charged shockwave from her central power core that sent him flying. He hit the wall, but managed to tear off some of the armor with the tentacles' suckers.
Armando summoned more mass than he had ever used, and grew an arm with a nanometer-thick neutron star skin. He couldn't maintain it for long, but he was desperate now. The gravity overwhelmed Figueroa and pulled her towards Armando, and he slammed her in the midsection, sending cracks spiraling through the rest of the suit and breaking her faceplate.
Figueroa didn't care that her face was exposed now; she had this in the bag. She reached to her side and threw her only null grenade, the gravity of the arm directing it. Armando ripped off the arm and threw it as hard as he could towards her. Figueroa flinched as the grenade erupted into absolute nothingness, leaving an empty void of reality right in front of her face where the arm was."
Now there're a few feats before hand but this's the most note worthy, SCP-3589 punch as been claced to Building+ level and the suit wasn't at full power so it should scale even higher, also EE or void manipulation not sure
Also that psychic shot is some kind of power, also not sure which There're a few other minor things like the people in the suit scaling to him in speed, some matter manipulation and mind manipulation+gravity from stuff done before this feat but outside that this's all the Apotheosis canon adds to The Foundation
