Jenny takes round 2 very-low diff.
Round 1 probably Arale due to ridiculously superior speed and intelligence along with comparable ap, not to mention while DBZ characters smash mountains consistently, Arale cracked the friggin' sun in half with little difficulty. Nothing in DBZ even remotely compares to that until Super in terms of striking strength.
