Arceus Question

Now i am arguing with a friend who disagrees when i said Arceus is the one who created the very concepts of Time Space and Antimatter and he tried using real life logic to prove he didnt create it because "a concept can't be made unless you have an idea of it first in order to actually make it" and that because creation is an action, he questions how can Arceus create without time

Can someone please explain how Arceus created these concepts so i can better explain it to him?

Simple. Because he existed before the concepts.

i already told him that but he thinks it isnt enough because he says for Arceus to make a concept, he has to have an idea of it before he can make it happen. Thats one of the problems in our debate

To be fair his spirit existed before his existence but i don't think he existed before the concepts

He did because when he created the creation trio, the concepts were also created simutaneously at the time of their birth
