Are Earth One characters allowed?

I know that Earth One Superman, has a page, but would I be allowed to make a page for other Earth One characters?

Well, they are mostly very obscure. We do not want to clutter the wiki with irrelevant alternative versions of minor characters. I suppose that Earth One Batman and Wonder Woman might be okay though.
