Same kinda applies to complex multiversal tiers, but I guess it mostly based on scaling chain and layers

To scale to outer, the character must be transcendent from a qualitative perspective.

I wouldn't recommend it. Characters in those tiers tend to be impossible to create a match for just because one of the combatants got something that makes a match a stomp in their favor.

Make sure the transcending has nothing to do with dimensions.

The easiest way is to show a reality fiction gap between the character and the cosmology(ofc with no antifeats)

You have a space-time contiuum that consists of 4 dimensions of space and 1 dimension of time, You transcend it so that its infinitesimal to you, and you are now 6D. Repeat this process for all the rest of the dimensional tierings
