Lol, i'd go with Sombra. She seems much more hand to hand combat adept, and seems to be able to hack much quicker than Watts to disable any of his own advances, while also on field. She seems to be able to hack without contact with a certain object like Watts needed with his rings, and Watts has yet to demonstrate his hacking prowess and speed while in mid fighting

Invisibility and teleportation also help for a solid win. Not like it will matter though with their changes whenever thats happening lol
