Ash's Pikachu V.S. Kid Goku

Today, I post of a crossover battle between the Pokemon anime and the original Dragon Ball anime. Who would win in an all out battle to the knock-out?

Conditions:

-Pikachu has Z-Moves and has absorbed electricity, but also has the same amount of experience as in the Battle Frontier and the League battles. Has knowledge of Goku getting into the fight. Also has all techniques he's ever known at the same time.

-Goku has amped Kamehameha and the Power Pole, but no Nimbus and no Oozaru. This specific one is the 23rd Budokai version.


That being said...WHO WINS?

How is it an outlier? Kid Goku at this point in time > Roshi, who blew up the moon. Even if he wasn't moon level, he's continental at least, which makes him above Pikachu

Pikachu was able to defeat a continent level Pokemon (Regice) and end a battle in a tie against Latios, a Pokemon who moves at supersonic speeds and is country level. Pikachu has this in my opinion.

Hardly a stomp. Roshi's moon-busting feat was an outlier.

Ash's Pikachu is High 6-C, him beating legendaries are outliers.

Goku is Low 6-B, Roshi's Moon level feat is an outlier.

This is strictly High 6-C vs Low 6-B making this a mismatch.
