Ultimecia has a LOT of hax and i can't possible start to analisy her.

Her EE, void and time powers snd resistances and acausality do seem like a counter to determination/loading.

How combat applicable is Low Godly for both of them?

Ultimecia's kind of works on death. She seems to die/run out of power after she regenerates twice though.

Ic, I'm kinda wondering would that not mean Squall and co are able to negate her regen then or something? Ngl tho her being acasual seems to be a good help against save and load

Nah cause after she regens twice she goes into a depowered state where she instinctively locates another sorceress to pass her powers onto so she can die. It's what causes the time loop in the game basically.

I believe it is, he sort of has psuedo low godly via save/reset as well. Ultimecia has a plethora of ways to incap though. I think Ultimecia's biggest problem here is lack of resistance to soul hax but I dont think she gets one shotted by it either so? Im not sure.
