I think asriels immeasurable and possibly even 2-B might (sort of) get the axe. But judging by how their current profiles are, it depends on whether reality overwrite counters save and load.

I know this thread's old, but yeah Asriel wins. He just spams attacks (Danmaku) and if a single one hits DIO he's done, the = speed helps DIO massively, but I don't think it's enough to give DIO the win. It isn't completely impossible for DIO to win, since if he does manage to use RO on Asriel, he almost certainly wins, but in most scenarios I see Asriel winning.

HAD needs to touch Asriel to win, which he cannot do while Asriel is in Angel of Death. Asriel needs to be near HAD to win.
