In the words of The Real Cal Howard, "Reinhard pulls a reinhard".
Seriously though, That Man has no resistance to conceptual damage, so reinhard's spear hits him and he is simultaneously erased from existence and sucked into the reinhard's legion (somehow).
Also, the only way That Man can hope to kill Reinhard is by sucking him into the Backyard and hope it's passive soul sucking effect can kill him. Which it probably can't considering Reinhard's soul hax resistance. And even if it can, Reinhard can just hop in Gladshiemr and teleport right back out
