Asuna takes it pretty decisively due to just being generally more hax, having healing/regen, having flight which is superior to Shen's gliding, and just being more versatile in general. For these reasons, I vote for her

Asuna should take this through Incarnation, Sword Skills. The statistics amplification and the hax of being able to move faster than the game should be able to allow through incarnation is pretty insane honestly.

The SAO scaling chain is: Heathcliff >>> Kirito => Asuna >>> The average Clearer >>>>>>>>> GeoCrawler (baseline High 8-C).

The average Clearer can one-shot baselines, while Asuna can wreck the average Clearer without any effort (Kuradeel). Kirito is equal to Asuna with one sword (stronger with dual blades), and Heathcliff can one shot Kirito.
