Attack Potency measurement question.

So is Attack Potency determined by the damage done from a single attack? Or from a single hit. I'm wondering because some single attacks can be a barrage of hits.

There's an attack I calced that's a barrage of punches. Each punch came out to 0.002 tons. Or Wall level. But the number of punches in said attack is 26. This results im 0.052 tons of TNT in damage overall. Or Room level.

Just asking before I present the calc and make myself look stupid if the AP rules don't work that way lol.

Aww dang. The attack I was calcing was Ippo's Dempsey Roll since it's comsistently stated his entire weight goes into it. That along with his speed of being on par with Miyata who can break the sound barrier caused these results. Still dunno why he's only at Transonic when Mach 1 speed is required to break the sound barrier.
