Okay, I'll give you the win-con for both sides as follows:

Denji: Denji has the a.p advantage, he can also drink Titan's blood to recover like he did with Eternity Devil. So in my opinion, Denji's win-con is to somehow hold out until Eren is exhausted and let Denji loose to give him the chance to finish him off.

Eren: Eren has a wide AoE attack that covers a few dozen meters around him. With this advantage he can prevent Denji from approaching as well as try to create spikes from the back of his neck if Denji tries to approach, Eren can also catch up to Denji since he has attacked the Jaw Titan many times, and can even attack the Jaw Titan when the Jaw Titan is in the air.

I think after the above, Denji has a slightly higher win rate due to his good will and regen ability. My vote goes to Denji for now

I do like to mention that Eren is 8-C while only being 8-B with hardening and looking at the images I saw with a Hardened Eren, he usually only hardens his hands (might be wrong)

Doesn't sound to me like Eren wins, though I will point out that the AP advantage over his hardening is mitigated if not overcome by his sheer upscaling

Reiner's armor is completely impervious to blades that can cut through a character rated at 37.12 tons. Season 3 Eren's hardening can smash his armor to pieces. Season 4 Eren is much stronger, though he can't damage the War Hammer's crystal nor Porco's armored face, the latter of which contains the jaws that can destroy said crystal. After inheriting the War Hammer, however, Eren can break said armored face
