Baby Magnum wins low diff. Better weapons, better armor, better mobility and better combat skills/intelligence thanks to Milinda. Melee, EM waves and Missiles are pretty useless here, so Engels' only useful weapon is its laser/energy beam, which thanks to onion armor's heat resistance it's not going to be very effective past 10km, and at closer ranges, Milinda should be able to aimdodge a single, frontal weapon with an obvious tell like that pretty easily and circle around the Engels to keep herself out of line of fire. She likely takes out one of its legs, knocking it off-balance and immobilizing it before using her low-plasma cannons to finish it off.
