Basically he can at-will at base form spawn space-time anomalies.
 
682 adapts to the idea of friendship, lives a fulfilling life making friends and finding meaning for himself, wholesome end
 
Barney has faster travel speed, so he can run away from 682, then get some time to telport himself to a safe place, then use his conceptual manip to delete from existance 682

that girl was also of "similar" power to him, as are most of the people who have not been immediately killed by him (she may have actually been more powerful than him as he is simply her steed, since in CE shes death, although that may not apply to their composites)

Actually both, I would add Barney to this wiki, but there is already a rule specifically made to restrict him from being here, plus, he would only be used as a joke, not that it matters.
