Any of Jurassic Park dinosaurs negs that fodder ahh human victim, wolf victim, snake victim, etc. Bro's too scared to approach an adult or afraid to fight anyone like Sideshow Bob who can handle him easily (meaning he can't fight giant monsters). So I don't see Bart fighting a monster or creature like JP raptors since he is too scared to fight Sideshow Bob or anyone else in his verse. That's why Jumbo Josh stomps him.
