But no, seriously. An army of Superman bots could probably handle World War Hulk, as Doom says. It's also plausible for Batman to win via Sealing. Batman also has access to Teleportation, Stealth Mastery, Instinctive Reactions and Precognition to enable him to navigate around the Hulk, ambush him, dodge, etc.

Prep-time Batman has access to viruses that disrupt atoms, BFR (via Phantom Zone), potential mimicry of the Speed Force, can replicate any member of the Justice League and even has Power Nullification to such a degree that he could potentially defeat the Swamp Thing.

Hulk has serious resistances and AP but I honestly think Batman with prep-time wins via JL duplicates, Stealth Mastery, Teleportation, Sealing and potential BFR (not sure how well Hulk could resist Phantom Zone).
