These would be the first ones to go with no difficult whatsoever. They're pratically weaker versions of characters Spidey fights on a daily basis.

All of them without trouble I don't agree, since a few of them possess Batman's level of bs (prep time) like Deathstroke, Owlman, Bane and Ra's.

Would Spidey still win? Yeah, but not without trouble. Plus, they're better and skilled fighters. With the exception of Bane.

Can’t really one-punch Clayface due to his weird body

Density Manipulation & Elemental Intangibility (Can control his density to make attacks pass through him or become extremely hard)

Inorganic Physiology (Type 2; Similar to Preston Payne, his blood is more akin to mineral virus[3] while the rest of his body is made of clay[6], His biosystem contains almost no trace of recognisable human biological material[7])

Regeneration(At least High-Mid; Has quickly reconstituted his body[6] from being sliced in half[10] and being blown up[11], Likely Mid-High overtime; Was able to come back offscreen from having his whole body be eaten by Poison Ivy's plants[12])

The rouge gallery has a few win cons if they work perfectly together and completely bloodlusted.

However, Spider-Man most likely incaps via webbing them with his webs from a good distance.
