Well, Natsu sure isn't getting past that regen anytimes soon. What's it's limit? Could it be stressed and overpowered by sheer brute Force?

Well Jake kas been knocked out by sheer force before, this is what happened in his fight with Dr. Kondraki. Also Natsu can attack the soul, which Jake is vulnerable to.

Both are baseline 6-A, though Jake has eledgedly more skill so he'd probably be better off Although I more believe in showings then "muh experience" and "muh he knows a bazillion Martial Art methods" considering Dragon Ball has both yet it's main character dissolves to just punching his opponents to death

But hey, bad writing ain't a good argument

Jake is actually not absurdly skilled like Izzy is, I mean he's had some combat training from Izzy and Doctor Kondraki, so he's not bad in hand-to-hand, but not at Izzy's level.
