kurumi tries to change the past to much and someone comes out to stop her. she has caused major damage to the time-space spectrum and someone is mad and comes out to deal with her.
Eugo La Raviaz comes out of a portal as time is frozen inside a white realm. he is bloodlusted and set on defeating kurumi. she understands how powerful this guy is and she is also bloodlusted.

battle takes place in a white realm. time is frozen for all but these 2

How is Kurumi going to be able to damage Eugo La Raviaz? He has perfect control of time, so whenever he takes damage he can just rewind his body's time to a point before he took damage. Plus, his body's time can't be manipulated by others who can manipulate time as proved when Anos acknowledged that his <Rivide> spell would have no effect on the Time God.
