Sans vs Ryo Shimazaki (I want to try that out)

Speed is equalized

In character

Both have no knowledge about each other

30 meters apart

Fighting on a desert

SBA

No help from anyone

Who wins?

Meme skeleto:

Blind esper:

Inconclusive:

If Ryo doesn't use telekinesis then he just kinda gets destroyed by soul destroying bones.

Sans isn't even half as teleport Spammy as Ryu nor does he have any way to counteract him teleporting unles he knows it beforehand which he does not

Maybe not, but Sans isn't just gonna stand around like a lump of stone. He's used to being the weakest around so he's gonna avoid getting hit. Also, Sans has pretty good reactions normally and with speed equalized I don't see him really getting caught off guard too easiliy. Ryo also has to deal with Sans teleporting him into bone attacks.

Sans has no idea where, when, and what Ryo will do after teleporting, Ryo teleporting directly behind him and kicking him is not only in character but without Sabs knowing before hand he can't really reach

Not only can Sans not one shot while Ryo definitely can, Sabs doesn't "Teleport people into Bone Attacks" he pushes them with TK, which is very easy for Ryo to react.

This is actually a pretty interesting matchup, as both of them are chill teleporting op freaks that use their powers liberally. Ryo is able to detect Sans' telekinesis and bone attacks quite easily with his ESP, and can practically abuse the shit out of his teleportation to fight the skeleton. However, Sans has been shown to be really intelligent, and he definitely has a chance to find out Ryo's predictable fighting style. At this point, Ryo would succumb to the soul manipulation or use Mind's Eye to instantly blitz Sans.

Ryo Shimazaki wins high-difficulty imo.

Uh

Ryo can just block Sans' attacks with his forcefield, which makes Sans' main gimmick kind of useless here. That put, his forcefield getting spammed with hundreds of bones would probably strain it, but it wouldn't be sustained for longer than a split-second before Ryo teleports away.

>Ryo succumbs to soul manipulation

Psychic forcefields would just block Sans' attacks, protecting his soul.

How much experience does Ryo have being BFRed himself? Or being stuck in his enemy's turn so he has to wait on Sans to make his move until the end of time? Or fighting an opponent who can literally hurt you depending on how you weigh your options?

Like Sans did with a key once, Sans can teleport, say, rocks into Ryo's pockets to slow him down a little.

Ryo fares poorly against attacks that have a great amount of unpredictability. Sans is, like, the KING of this. Much less ones that require him to jump.

Sans actually has a pretty good chance in this match.

Two very important questions:

How many people has Ryo killed?

How many pockets does Ryo have?

Precog solves that. Doubtful we'd even get to that due to San's characteristics. It's likelier Ryo teleports and pats him, bam, dead.

I don't see how Ryo can't just teleport them away or teleport his clothes off.

Unpredictability is countered by precognition sadly.

Implied to not kill much. No clear showcase

Sounds irrelevant but no idea. The norm?

Oh, he can teleport objects too?

Also doesn't his profile directly say that he's weak to unpredictable attacks? Not to mention a lot of his attacks aren't based on only reaction time.

It took the effort of multiple skilled people with various methods of attacks to even overwhelm him and he was fighting nonstop. Heck one of them had a pretty nifty haxx of figuring out how to use his ability to precog.

Ryo's precognition is just advanced movement tracking (it should probably be changed to analytical prediction now that I think about it), it wouldn't be capable of predicting stuff like projectiles if he can't see them coming first. So Sans would have to spawn bones behind him or something along those lines, which Ryo would still instantly teleport out of.

Even then Ryo would probably sense it with ESP before it hits.

Zero that we see or are told of on-screen.

Four.
