Ben 10 vs Supergirl, but with a twist.

Just this.
  • Battle takes place in Metropolis, 15m from each other.
  • Equalized speed, both have prior knowledge on each other (as the image implies)
  • This is UA Ben, so, he can go Ultimate if necessary.
  • Win by KO.

Ben has fought a lot of flying enemies without going into a flying alien, even with Humungousaur, so his experience should be able to overcome that advantage, especially if he goes Ultimate, since hime has ranged attacks now.

I don't remember N52 Kara being able to go intangible, as seen in her fight against Flash, she didn't know what was happening at all. But even if she can go intangible, she doesn't use it that often or stay in Star state for a long period of time.
But yeah, his Dura Neg and level of Heat Manip of her Solarflare should be able to take out Ben.

She has one chance to use it however. Because Solar Flare uses so much energy according to the Kryptonian Physiology page. When she uses it, she's completely powerless afterward for a day.
It's a 1000x gap so she.. well.. would just use it as a trump card, Ben would no sell it, and well.. you know the rest.

of course he has faced enemies which are flying as non flying alien, However where does the experience and combat skills of those he faced lies compared to Supergirl who has ridiculous amount of experience in combat.
In fact "skill" and "experience" are two completely different things when it comes to combatants in versus battle matchups.
honestly the way I see it supergirl can outskill Hunungousaur.

Not even her Post-Crisis version can outskill Ben.
He has more experienced, has battled a wider amount of foes of all types, and being that are smarter than even Batman himself.

She's not outskilling him, in fact, I can only see the Trinity being able to outskill Ben, he has faced the same level and amount of threats that the League has faced as a whole team.

Especially New 52 Kara, who is even less experienced than Kid Ben.

But he'll instantly burned to ashes if she does that.
Maybe when Kara notices how she's struggling so much against Ben, she'll go supernova and vaporize him.
It depends on what happens first, Ben one shoting her or she vaprizing him

Heatblast is in his way to get supernova levels of heat, but until then, we can't really use lt.

The fight ends with a knock out, not death. Besides SG has that Genuis level IQ, I doubt she'd just jump into a fight without knowing what's she's dealing with.

She is apparently emotionally vulnerable. If Ben starts mocking her throwing his usual jabs at her, it might be enough for her to get angry or arrogant enough to get close.

Can you explain how she will avoid getting hit with her skill? Why would she keep attacking from a distance instead of attempting to get close enough at least once?

Humungosaur could still KO her. SG IQ doesn't mean you won't jump into a fight like that. Superheroes often fight characters stronger than themselves

She'd need to get close to do that, leaving her open to getting oneshotted. The Omnitrix provides Low-Godly Healing, so any physical damage is practically pointless. She would need a way to stop his the Omnitrix and choke him where his punches can't land.
