Agreed, this is a stomp for Dimentio due to me believing he is high complex multiverse level in base form and i think he is low hyperverse level in Super form.

Yeah, it should be closed, Bill's tiers are Low 2-C, 2-A and High 1-C, Dimentio's are Unknown and 2-B, either way, it's a stomp.
