Jaspers profile is not as hax filled he doesn't even have regen While bill does. That's enough for him to win I think.

Technically I don't think regenerating limbs will help much but, I guess I'll put one for Bill.
 
No like if he punches a hole through bill. Bill can heal but if bill blast a hole through Him he can't heal.
 
Guys, Bill doesn't have Regen anymore, which one of the reasons why he was voted. Besides, his "hax" aren't anything special for a 2-A.

They we're talking about his current regen not the mid-godly one
 
Uh...? You do know the Dude can regenerate himself using his Reality Warping, right? He did that the entire time while fighting the Fury, he literally had his face melted off and he regenerated from it. So yeah, he does have Regen.
