I think it was discussed a while back that Transmutation doesnt work on Low Godly regen, so Bill's transmute is not gonna work, I guess

Seems legit. But since it doesn't destroy his body, how he would regenerate if he's not destroyed?

Also, since Bill has low-godly too, can Spawn bypass that?

But, since Bill also have sleep hax, can he just put him to sleep and incap him?
