Pretty sure Bill could kill her non-corpoeal form anyways since he can interact with souls, question is: Can he do it fast enough? Bill could just destroy the phone.

Once again, she doesn't need it for erasure once she got her deal with GOD, which she already has by this point. Plus, again, ressurection by proxy. (and it creates a clone, so his hax destroying her soul doesn't really matter)

that form is what makes it a stomp. I'm the OP i can do that this wasn't going on the profiles the moment I said she wasn't non corporal.

No. You cannot restrict abilities. Nor can you restrict her ressurection.

Pretty sure fight like that are supposed to go on fun and games, as they aren't versus threads by the rules. Still, if you have to restrict two abilities she has to give bill a chance than this fight is a bad one anyways

You can put whatever miscellaneous restriction you want on a vs thread. But only a few things can go on a profile. Only speed equalization, fight to KO not death,and location diffrent from standard battle assume are allowed on profiles.
