As a member of the Inhuman Royal family, Black Bolt should be comparable to Gorgon and Karnak as he was trained by them in combat and grew to become a skilled hand-to-hand combatant in his own right: https://youtu.be/XcZERJYPbFc

I suggest that Black Bolt be upgraded to Subsonic for his combat and reaction speed.

Well that's unnerving. By the way, when I said "can you take care of this for me". I had no idea you were a calcer. What I meant was can you get one of this communities calcer's to do this. But if you can do it, that's fine too. If not, we'll figure something out.

Figured it would be less than supersonic, still pretty fast.

I think the fact that it was a five-shooter revolver with pretty heavy shots was what boned him. And he took the whole shot to react. All in all, Karnak was actually slower than the bullet.
