True Shikai Ichigo's casual Speed
The calculation assumes that Candice (and other femritters) are lightning timers based on them being able to perceive lightning, then calculates the timeframe from that, which is blatant calc stacking.
Regarding other potential arguments:
1. Launching lightning attacks does not scale you to them in speed
2. Grimmjow's statement only applies to his running speed, getting reaction speed from it requires a calculation which is calc stacking
3. Lastly Candice was not even blitzed by Ichigo's landing and clearly perceived it happen. Using her reaction speed as a timeframe is invalid.
Resurreccion Hikone's Speed
Calculation claims Hikone moved so fast that everyone, including Grimmjow, stood still in comparison to them, based on this statement (which doesn't even really refer to their movements being blitzed but rather their reactions being blitzed). The problem? Grimmjow was not actually fighting at that point, he was severely injured and even restrained by Nelliel, which should make the calculation unusable
Thus both calculations should be removed
