Hmm...how does the Blob fight? The Goo will just keep eating everything around it until it grows large enough to consume the Blob, which it is very likely to be able to do since it can consume more than the Blob and still be stable.

Blob also eats everything around and grows in size. Also, in contrast to the GG, Blob is able to destroy the military vehicles (such as tanks, helicopters) before reaching their size, can jump high (using a technique called Slam allows him to plummet down and destroy the barrier) and have magnekinesis.WeeklyBattles said:

I see. Well i don't think Slam is going to do much to the GG seeing as physical attacks do nothing to it. Blob's magnekinesis may be a problem but the GG can pretty much regenerate from ayn damage Blob can do, as can Blob from any damage the GG might do. This is probably gonna turn into a race through the solar system eating everything they can in an attempt to grow large enough to eat each other, which may very well result in the Blob destroying itself in the process.

Simple.
If the Blob eats the goo, than any remaining items it eat, the goo will eat instead and the blob will explode from the inside.
If the Goo eats the Blob, it will be converted into nano-machines within seconds.
So, the Goo wins.
