Bloom Downgrade

Bloom is not Universal and is not even faster than the Light, she has no control over the Dragon Flames, she has never in episodes brought danger to the Planet she was in, nor in an episode where she gets out of control. a "Universal" power and saying who can handle her attacks being Universal makes no sense, she never showed anything to be faster than the Light, in Winx you don't say how long it takes after certain events, I don't see Bloom getting close to the level Universal and yes something like Planet, many Winxs have countless abilities but I don't see them show power and several times they also use people countless times weaker than her, the Universe of Winx and Infinity but Bloom has no full power of the Dragon Flames. and something "infinite" for herself to use .

Vehemently disagreeing with this since this argument is literally ignoring the concept of what Attack Potency is. And thats it.

Also, the argument of "Bloom has no control of the Dragon Flame" is 100% ridiculous. Blooms source of power IS the Dragon Flame as she is the vessle for it and user of it.

This seems to be just "she isn't this" without any evidence or just saying "she didn't show it" when it is justified on the profile. Saying that she didn't threaten a planet is also not a good argument as this could be used to downplay just about anything that's that level or above, even things like Dragon Ball. Heck, doesn't the Attack Potency page debunk things like this?

In conclusion, no. just no. no downgrade.
