Boruto Uzumaki Vs. Randy Cunningham

Gonna vote for Rangy via better AP, durability, and equipment. Considering how big of a tier wall level is, wall+ AP is too much for Boruto to take with normal wall level durability (baseline wall to baseline wall+ is a bigger gap than baseline city to baseline island). Also, Boruto's only room level (the level of Randy's durability) with Rasengan, while Randy can achieve that same level with most of his weapons and abilities. Randy also seems to have a much better arsenal of weapons than Boruto, with better range and versatility to them than the standard shuriken and kunai that Boruto has.

Welp, I removed 9-A key from Randy to avoid that, so he is only 9-B+. Maybe I should remove the ninja technics too, but going to wait for more response first.
