BoS Sakura and Naruto should be put down for High 8-C

Why I say this is because during the Chünin exams wasn't she able to fight and hurt Ino on pretty equivalent terms to one another.

And the same could be said for Naruto because he at the time could easily get stomped by Sasuke and is able to take blows from Sakura.

If ya mean the Land of Waves arc then yeah that's understandable cause I always thought that they would be around that level (except for Sakura cause I know she's weaker then Naruto)

This seems to make sense, this would scale to most Part I characters that are not physically impressive.

Naruto throughout the entire Chunin exams is a no go. Later in the CE he could contend with Transformed Gaara, physically injuring him.
