Bowser vs Splash Woman (Mega Man)

This is the battle between two villans who were used by other villans. Bowser will not have access to the Grand Stars (Which would basically make this a stomp match if he did have access to those), the fight will take place in Splash Woman's Stage, and both fighters will have 1 week preparation.

How are you sure Splash Woman's fish army wouldn't be taken out by Bowser's claw attacks and Vaccum Breath?

This is the highest Bowser can go without being SMG, right? In that case, he stomps hard regardless of speed. Reality warping along with large planet size manipulation and can turn anyone into bricks. If Splash Woman creates an army, Bowser just gets rich off of hit by turning them into coin bricks, esp. because none of them can do any damage to him.

Each team has a week of preparation though, and with her intellectual advantage and home field advantage, Splash Woman could do a ambush on Bowser and knock the Star Rod from his hand before he can use it, or possibly even take it and use it herself to counter Bowser's haxs.
