im going for goku, he has the ap advantage and the skill advantage, i dont think artreus could even hit goku thanks to his enhanced senses and acrobatics he still also has the range advantage considering the power pole is planetary range so he doesn't need to get close and could block the arrows tho even in close combat he would still beat artreus, i dont think his telepathy would help much, and if goku gets overwhelmed since artreus can summon spectral creatures, goku could fly and dodge using the nimbus and also blind him with solor flare and attack with his ranged ki blasts to attack and avoid fighting up close with the summons

Goku doesn't have Solar Flare in his first key (Pilaf Saga), he only gets it in his last key (23rd Budokai)
