Assuming they're equal otherwise, Homelander would beat Brandon as he's an adult with experience in manipulating people and generally has more skill and experience. Homelander's been doing this for years while Brandon's only learned he had powers for a few weeks tops.

Brandon destroying a building isn't really a building level feat as he did it by flying through all the walls and collapsing it. If it is legit though then Homelander would win due to having his powers for much longer and knowing how to use them better.

Meh. Going with brando due to Telekenisis. He could easily block or divert his heat vision, or keep him far away and blast the hell out him with his laser vision, so going with Brandon.

Brandon probably isn't going to do that. He's never fought someone with comparable strength to him or shown strategy like that.

More ruthless? That's pretty subjective, especially given how absolutely brutal Homelander is when he fights anyone. He's usually pretty pragmatic or just spams laser eyes.

Well, Brandon has never, ever shown any remorse, while homelander has.

and brandon can also spam lasers, or just flat out tank them.

Brandon no longer has Telekinesis so now Homelander has an advantage.

Also, why can't Homelander just cancel out Brandon's heat vision with his own? His heat vision should be stronger since he's an adult and Brandon's just a kid.
