I ******* hate this, but the Vergil Reality Helment Makes this a stomp in Bubsy's Favor. Arale is stronger and More Durable, but Bubsy could easily think Arale out of Existance, which she has no resistance to, and if bubsy has his full arsenal, he could win via battle feild removal by Moving her to some god-forsaken place in time, meaning I Vote for Bubsy via Arsenal and Hax.

Okay, but just to clarify, Bubsy has all his base form abilities with the VRH but enhanced, so yeah, either scenario is plausible.
