Bugs Bunny should have FTL speed,he outran a laser and dodged lasers one after the other.He can increase his speed with Acme super speed vitaminsWhat about probability manipulation.He never lost in gambling,at least in the old cartoons.Bugs is a bit telepathic because he can see thoughts of other,has astral projection and dream manipulation.He defies the law of gravity on a regular basis and he adepted to the moon's gravity without a space suit.He can survive in space and under water.Bugs should be on a solar system level without fourth wall hax or animator mode.Because he injures yosemite sam who can toss black hole.Bugs can transform into a stronger monster version of himself with Hyde juice.He has impersonated Batman and has some of his equiment,Juipiter and throws lighting bolts and sometimes superman without consuming super carrot.Bugs has cloth manipulation,because he can wear or change outfits instantly and sleep manipulation with sleeping pills.He can transform himself and others with magic and can create objects with it too.
 
ofi forgot he'has 2 time machines so time travel,super intelligent he made one of those time machines,reprogrammed alien robots,he had his own robot and weapon mastery.
 
He has super senses.He ca sense when gold is near and an inner danger sense that wanrs him,if he's stalked.Bugs can warp his form so limited shapeshifting and can strech his limbs and ears,so elasticity.
 
Isn't that from the Bugs Bunny/TMNT/ALF/Alvin in the Chimpmunks crossover? I'm not totally keen on using that.

Side note. That laser feat is actually really good. Even just using modern fire arms would probably yield some huge results.

I wanted to add things that he hasn't mentioned like resistance to mind control.Bugs was too smart for Marvin the Martian hypnosise.Life manipulation,because his gloves can perform tasks with out bugs being present and those trophies that he pulled in 'Looney Tuns back in action' were alive. Maybe death manipulation because he sent Yosaminte Sam to hell without killing him and killed a guy that was going to catch his baseball.

The speed feats seem totally legit. I have a problem with the sand manipulation feat, with the context, it just looks like Bugs set up a trap beforehand.
 
Well, I am personally fine with the links for Lightning Manipulation, Body Manipulation, Flight, Plot Manipulation, survival in a void, and resistance to Darkness Manipulation, but not Resistance to Empathic Manipulation and Telepathy. He was simply resisting being convinced by negative suggestions and used plot manipulation on Ultra Boy.
 
On second thought, I suppose that mind control seems fair, given that he also affected Timber Wolf.
 
Should I unlock the page, so you can insert the abilities that I mentioned?
