Unfortunately we cannot scale statistics from crossovers. We do not know how powerful that this version of Validus was supposed to be, or even the full context of what happened in the story.

Yes, but the powers seem more straightforward, at least for gag characters such as Bugs. However, the power levels of crossover characters usually tend to be all over the place in order to make the characters able to evenly contend with each other.

"Likely 5-B physically (Should be comparable to Yosemite Sam). 4-C with weapons. At least 3-C, possibly far higher with strongest known weapons"

What about the they should all scale from at least 3-C Marvin since Daffy, Bugs and Yosemite are comparable to eachother since they shown many times to fight and compete with eachother?.

Yeah, which is why Planet level scaling off of Yosemite Sam tanking a planet busting explosion seems okay for now, although Cal did accept the 5-A Bugs Bunny calc.

what about arale,she universal because of the dbs x dr.slump crossover.This crossover and the looney tuns x dc comic are simular because both have toonforce users that varie in tier and have the same owners.Dragon ball and dr.slump are owned by akira toriama and toei.Dc and looney tuns are owned by Warner Bros.Think about it,when dc and marvel had a crossover there happended some stupid staff like Lobbo lost to Wolverine.

Yes, Crossovers are generally not allowed. Arale is a borderline case due to canonically being a part of the same world as Goku, from early in the DB manga.

Yeah, Arale is a rare exception, and even then, her 3-A stats are in a separate key.

It depends. Usually somebody who is experienced and knowledgeable enough to handle the approved changes.

I think that we considered those feats as too hard to properly quantify, but I do not remember well anymore.
