Some additions for Bulma, fairly minor actually.

• Possibly Weapon Mastery (Bulma carries and owns various pistols and machine guns (14 by my count) throughout the series, to the point it implies her as being a gun enthusiast therefore there is a likelihood she may have a fairly good degree of gun mastery)
• (Optional) Laser Gun granting Energy Projection and Heat Manipulation
• Minor Information Analysis using the Dragon Radar
• Dimensional Storage with Capsules
• She carries ALOT of weapons on her, machine guns included, as such her tier should include a 9-C with weapons and an "Up to Supersonic+ with weapons"

Just a heads up, I'm not counting vehicles here because I kinda don't remember all of their capabilities, plus I don't think all of them are summons

Yes, I think these additions seem reasonable to me as well.

Speaking of vehicles she has a motorcycle/scooter which she summons with a capsule when she first meets Goku. She also has a car, but that one was destroyed by Goku.
