Would Todd Ingram (Film) without Vegan powers work? Todd scales to all the other SP characters who have flown through and survived getting flung through walls creating holes slightly larger than a human shaped hole, which would put him a bit above 158kJ

Cool Cat isn't seen as powerful, but this profile is definitely misleading. Actually, somebody attempted to get it deleted because they thought it was Daddy Derek's Cool Cat.

Tanking bullets with bruises is only wall level. Destroying a car is only 9-A for total fragmentation, most depictions of car destruction don't involve that but are closer to a car being totaled, which can be achieved easily with a 60mph crash of 539kJ. Also, for fragmentation, if individual parts survived then it's much lower. Furthermore, lots of depictions of cars being destroyed involve the gas inside exploding (for some reason) which could easily provide all necessary energy without any input from the attacker.MistaClean said:

You would be incorrect. Unless it's like a smaller pistol, tanking bullets without being pierced is closer to 9-A

He's significantly stronger than his child self who could already just barely tank stuff in the 4.5 MJ range, he's physically one of the strongest wall levels without the "+". So probably not since we're mostly in the 10s to 100s of kJ range.

Ehh. Doesn't look like it. This is supposed to be a misleading like. It's a powerful character, but this is their weak version. Not that's the name of another powerful character. It has to be the same intended character, just wall level. Mario, Luigi, Superman, Thor, Ect.
