So I'm looking to calculate a feat where a character is basically able to hold a scaled down quasar (here is visual context). I'm assuming the best way to go about this (in terms of AP; LS for resisting the black hole is a whole other feat) is calculating the amount of energy this object would emit, but I think I need a few good examples of accepted calcs which do this. I also have a few questions regarding a feat like this, which I have listed below.
1. For objects with a known level of emission energy (e.g. the Sun, Quasars, etc.), can those simply be scaled down for similar objects of a smaller size, or are there other issues which come into play
2. Is there a way to factor in surface area into something like this. The character holding the Quasar does it in an abnormal way, and while I can get the surface area of their whole body, I doubt I'd be able to accurately determine what parts of their body are actually tanking the energy minus just saying their whole body or MAYBE half.
3. Is there a specific kind of radiation I should look to for a type of energy a character is tanking.
4. Specifically for quasars, is there a difference in tanking the residual energy of accretion disk and the jet?
5. Is there a better way for calculating this type of feat which I'm just not seeing?
